About Us

We are a small notary company, we are Ambassadors for the National Notary Association, we are involved in traveling to clubs and organizations to give presentations on what notaries do but we are also involved with notaries that are new or have been a notary for many years. We have a mentor program wher we not only have continuing education but we target new notaries just starting out, by putting them in contact with one of our mentor notaries until they feel ready to perform their role as a preferred notary.

The Future

With the development of the exciting process of eNotarization we can perform a notarization and then record the signer's identification, signature, thumbprint and even a photograph electronically.
